Recently, the production project of 25 million mm sapphire crystal rods, which was built by Inner Mongolia Jinghuan Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., was launched in Hohhot.
The project construction land is 106 mu, and the total investment of the project is 1.03 billion yuan. A sapphire production base with an annual output of 400 sapphire furnaces and an annual output of 25.63 million millimeters of sapphire single crystal rods (converted into 2 inch crystal rods) will be built. It will become the first large-scale production base of sapphire crystal rods in China.
It is reported that Inner Mongolia Jinghuan is jointly funded by Zhejiang Jingsheng Electromechanical Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
