Recently, Shenzhen Shida Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huida Optoelectronics”), a subsidiary of Shenzhen Shiyida Company, has recently received the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee, Shenzhen Municipal Finance Committee, Shenzhen Municipal State Taxation Bureau, Shenzhen. The “High-tech Enterprise Certificate” (Certificate No.: GR201244200490) jointly issued by the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau, Huida Optoelectronics was recognized as a high-tech enterprise, and the issuance time is November 5, 2012, and the validity period is 3 years.

At present, Huida Optoelectronics is actively handling the relevant procedures for tax reduction, and finally whether Huida Optoelectronics enjoys the preferential tax policy for corporate income tax at the rate of 15%, subject to the approval of the competent tax authorities.
