SA2421 is a transceiver manufactured by Philips using the 20 GHz fTBiCMOS process, and is suitable for applications in IEEE 802.11 wireless networks (WLAN), communication systems and 2.45 GHz ISM frequency bands.
The main technical features are as follows:
·Working frequency is 2.4～2.5 GHz;
·Intermediate frequency (IF) range is 50～500 MHz;
· The low noise amplifier (LNA) gain is 14.3 dB;．
·The noise figure is 3.2 dB, and the input third intercept point is -3 dBm;
·Working voltage is 2.7～5.5 V;
·The transmitting current is 34 mA, the receiving current is 20 mA (3V power supply), and the low power consumption mode current is 10μA;
·The power consumption is 555 mW.
