To reduce losses, panel makers have concentrated their production on TV panels, causing tight supply of LCD panels.

DisplaySearch also said that although the LCD panel boom has shown signs of recovery, it is still unclear. The survey pointed out that in late November LCD panels offer 17 inches each 58 US dollars, 18.5 inches 54 US dollars, 19-inch widescreen 61 US dollars, both rose 1 US dollars, or about 2%. The 20-inch widescreen $61 each, $21.5-inch widescreen $74 each, and the $21.5-inch wide-screen LED backlit panel costs $78 each. In the latter half of November, the price of the notebook computer panel was 13.3 inches, and each piece came to 48 dollars, 14 inches to 42 dollars, and 15.6 inches to 43 dollars and 17.3 inches to 62 dollars, which were all in line with the price quoted in the first half of November.
