R&D institutions cooperate in the LED industry to improve the local core innovation capabilities of Changzhi City. Philips Electronics will help Changzhi City promote the application of LED and other energy-saving products. In addition, the two parties will also introduce innovative financing models such as contract energy management in the implementation process according to actual needs.
