led strobe light production

Now the popularization of light-emitting diodes has been widely used in various fields of life and production. There are many electronic strobe lights on the Internet that drive light-emitting diodes. I use the least discrete components to drive small bulbs to make strobe lights. The materials and steps are as follows:

1. Preparation materials:

1. Several wires

2. A small electric ball 1.5V-2.5V

3. A waste quartz clock movement (use it as a shell)

4. IDE socket on the data line of the damaged hard disk (used to arrange fixed electronic components)

5. One 47K trimming resistor

6. One 3AX31 transistor (also can be replaced by other 3AX models)

7. One 220 microfarad/16V electrolytic capacitor

8. One 3DG12 transistor (also can be replaced by other 3DG models)

9. One AA dry battery

Two, production steps

1. Open the back cover of the quartz clock movement, take out all the internal components, remove all the plastic protrusions inside, and remove the fixing screws in the middle. According to the outer diameter of the small bulb, use a file to expand it so that the small bulb can fit in.

3. Pull out all the metal pieces in the IDE interface, and cut off a short section according to the width of the movement so that it can fit in exactly.

4. Fixing components.

5. Solder according to the circuit diagram, and finally assemble them together.

6. The work is completed.

7. For the snapshots at work, the strobe frequency is mainly determined by the size of the fine-tuning resistor.

USB Cable

USB Cable :1.Type A: almost every USB cable has a standard flat rectangular interface at one end. Most computers have a usb-a port to connect to only one USB port.

2.Type-B: almost square connector for printers and other active devices connected to computers. They are not common now because most devices have been moved to smaller connections.

3.Mini USB: a smaller connector type that was standard for mobile devices before micro USB. It's not common today, but you'll see it on some cameras, PlayStation 3 controllers, MP3 players, etc.

4.Micro USB: the current standard for mobile and portable devices, even smaller than Mini USB. Although you can still find micro USB on smartphones, tablets, USB battery packs and game controllers, some have turned to usb-c

5.Type-C: the latest USB standard, which is a reversible cable, promises higher transmission speed and higher power than previous USB types. It can also take into account a variety of functions.
