Bai Jiansheng, general manager of Philips in Taiwan, pointed out that the annual lighting market in Taiwan is about NT$20-30 billion, and the company has also begun to enter the LED home lighting market.
Philips estimates that if T2 energy-saving, waterproof lighting and other up to 220 models, up to 450 by the end of 2010, it is expected to reach 15% of the market within three years, becoming the market leader.
