Microsoft and NVIDIA enter into acquisition agreement

According to reports from Information Weekly, Microsoft has already reached an agreement with NVIDIA for acquisitions and restrictions on third-party acquisitions.

According to the results of the application review provided by the Securities and Exchange Commission, this transaction will enable Microsoft to obtain priority purchase rights, and the entire transaction amounted to approximately US$3.4 billion.

"According to this agreement, if there are individuals or companies that want to acquire more than 30% of NVIDIA's outstanding shares, Microsoft will have priority and veto rights." NVIDIA made this statement in a memorandum submitted.

The agreement will allow Microsoft to block any competitor from trying to acquire NVIDIA, but Microsoft and NVIDIA have not disclosed details of the transaction and declined to comment.
