0 Preface
With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and software technology, the easy and convenient way to cook rice is increasingly favored by people. The smart, environmentally friendly and energy-saving high-end rice cooker will become a high-profile commodity in the future, especially for remote control. Automatic smart rice cookers will be the future direction.
At present, there are many researches on smart home technology at home and abroad, most of which are realized by wireless data transmission technology, but the system design cost is high. However, there is little research on the fully automated technology of rice cookers, which has not attracted people's attention. This paper transforms the traditional rice cooker, designs a fully automatically controlled rice cooker, and develops a reliable remote rice cooker control system using simple and inexpensive equipment such as GPRS module and ordinary mobile phone. It can make rice cookers cook for people in a timely, appropriate and accurate manner.
1 system hardware structure and principle
The overall block diagram of the system is shown in Figure 1. The design uses a modular design idea, which is conducive to system assembly and debugging, and shortens the development cycle.
Due to the small amount of data transmitted by the rice cooker, the timeliness requirement is not very high, so the system mainly uses the short message service based on the GSM network.
Its principle is as follows: the mobile phone sends a control message to the GSM module through the GPRS network. The MCU obtains the control command word by reading the GSM module and parses it to obtain clear command information, controls the relay action, completes the control of the rice cooker and short message. The form feeds the command execution to the user's mobile phone via the GSM module.
2 system hardware implementation
The system is mainly composed of a fully automatic rice cooker and an intelligent control circuit system. The automatic rice cooker is modified by adding mechanical devices on the basis of the traditional rice cooker. The intelligent control circuit system is composed of four main parts: power supply module, GSM module, single chip module, state detection and control module.
2.1 Automatic rice cooker design
Traditional rice cookers, whether they are insulated, timed, or new, have been developed in real time, but there are still obvious defects and deficiencies. For example, too long a time will affect the taste of rice. Etc., effectively solving the various defects of the current rice cooker is the direction of innovation and development. Among them, the full automation and remote intelligent control of rice cooker is a direction of the development of rice cooker technology in the future. To realize automatic control of rice cooker, automatic rice cooker is the premise. This paper combines the design idea of ​​automatic washing machine in traditional On the basis of the rice cooker, the fully automatic rice cooker designed by adding appropriate mechanical devices is shown in Fig. 2.
The design includes rice storage, rice picking, rice washing, rice release and water adding devices. The top funnel is a rice storage device with a diameter of 25cm and a height of 12cm, which can store about 5kg of rice at a time. The rice picking device is realized by an electromagnet at the bottom end of the rice storage funnel. The electromagnet uses a DC electromagnet HCNE1-1039. Since the card slot adopts a tilting design, the frictional resistance of the rice grain is reduced. The rice-washing device is composed of a rice washing motor and a rice-washing funnel, wherein the rice washing motor is selected from TN-40.180/HC685G100618.
The rice-discharging device is composed of an electromagnet and a shift lever. The electromagnet is also selected from HCNE1-1039. The shift lever is controlled by a reversible motor and can be lifted and lowered. The limit of the stroke switch is used to open and close the rice cooker lid. The water adding device is composed of a solenoid valve and an inlet pipe, and the solenoid valve is selected as 2W160-15. The total mechanical action includes storage of rice, rice picking, rice washing, rice release, and water addition, and the single chip receives high and low power through I/O after receiving the control command. Flat control relays are implemented.
