US Veeco Precision Instruments Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: VECO) (hereinafter referred to as “Vecoâ€), Micro-Semiconductor Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. As part of the settlement, all legal actions (in courts, in patent offices, and others) between Vyco, SMI and SGL and their affiliates will be withdrawn or otherwise Way to withdraw.
