The principle of the test is to concentrate the load on the upper surface of the coil through a puncture tool within a certain period of time, and the coil is placed flat on the specified soft support.

1. The test piece is fixed on the frame with nails and placed directly on the support. The inner dimension of the frame is about 500mm×500mm. The support is expanded polystyrene (20 ± 2) kg / m3, thickness (50 ± 1) mm. Specimen size (550mm × 550mm) ± 2 mm, sampled at the entire width of the coil except the edge of 100 mm, three specimens should be taken for each load condition.
2. The test was carried out at (23 ± 2) °C. For all tests for each load interval, a new test piece should be used with the test piece placed on the horizontal support with the upper surface facing up. The puncture tool is placed in the center of the test piece.
3. Each test interval starting from 5kg is tested in parallel with three test pieces. The load is increased by 5kg each time until the puncture occurs, or until the maximum load is 20kg. The load process of each load interval is 24h. Be careful and don't vibrate.
4. The static load resistance is tested by three parallel test pieces according to the specified method, and all three pass through the flexible roofing membrane or waterproof material without leakage at the required load.
