According to industry insiders, although the number and content of energy efficiency standards for lighting products in China are more than those of other countries, some standards are outdated, and some standards are missing.

"It is true that outdated standards have brought great difficulties to the promotion of current energy conservation work. We are working on the revision of some standards." Zhao Yuejin, a senior engineer at the China National Institute of Standardization, told reporters.

He also said that the energy efficiency standard GB1789-1999 "tube fluorescent lamp ballast energy efficiency limit value and energy conservation evaluation value" has been released for nearly 10 years, has not been revised yet, the standard is currently using the American method, but with the technology fast Development, internationally more identifiable to European standards. Engineering energy conservation remains a mistake

Policy promotion requires cooperation from all parties

He said that this year, organizations that need to strengthen efficient lighting work should be invited to cooperate with industry associations, scientific research, quality inspection, and industrial and commercial departments.
