Car speaker circuit description:

This car horn circuit reproduces the sound of contemporary car horns. The main creation of models and toys, but with high-energy output audio power amplifier ICs, can be implemented and further complicated projects.

Circuit operation

In order to get realistic car horn sound, mixing two different timbres is an essential interval, and they will input a small three (music). This can be implemented by two 7555 collective timer unsteady multivibrators and generates a wired integrated circuit square wave 440Hz and 523Hz respectively. These frequencies should be fairly accurate, so the timing resistors need to be wired for two common series of worthy resistors.

The mixed square wave frequency (523Hz) generated by IC1 (440 Hz) and IC2 is shaped by R5 and R6, and is shaped by C3, C4 and R7 in order to obtain a more realistic tone. Note on car horn circuit:

It may be a speaker of any form and diameter. Of course, this needs to withstand at least 1 watt of energy if the TDA7052 audio amplifier IC is selected.

The TDA7052 integrated circuit is used because it allows for the lowest component count and very good features. You want to use a unique audio power amplifier IC that can pick much less effective, but find the LM386 directly (see the Du Fu song generator project).
