Liquor gas chromatograph

The main role:

How to use the liquor gas chromatograph:
1. Packed column method: DNP packed column specified in the national standard can be used to analyze the composition of four major esters, methanol and fusel oil. The method is simple in operation and the analysis time is about 30 minutes, which is a routine method for quality inspection of wineries.
2. Large-caliber capillary column method: It is an analytical method that has developed rapidly in recent years. The separated components are basically the same as the packed column method. It is characterized by fast analysis time and shortened analysis cycle. The disadvantage is that the column is easy to break and difficult to maintain.
3. Fine-diameter capillary column analysis: It is mainly used as an analytical method for the analysis of flavor components of liquor. A direct injection can analyze more than forty components such as alcohol, aldehyde, ester and acid (see the spectrum), which can greatly analyze the aroma components of various finished wines and the analysis of the original wine.
