The EN6362QIPowerSoC is 45% smaller than other power modules and 75% smaller than most competitive discrete (non-integrated) devices. It is the most efficient of any comparable module, and has excellent heat dissipation performance. It continuously outputs 6A current at 85oC ambient temperature without derating.

The EN6362QIPowerSoC is designed and manufactured as a complete power system, achieving extremely low FIT (time to failure) compared to discrete power solutions, greatly improving system reliability. Other key features of the EN6362QIPowerSoC include:
