Recently, the 45th Research Institute of China Electrotechnical Co., Ltd. successfully developed the "high-brightness LED chip high-speed loading process and equipment" with independent intellectual property rights. The project equipment is a necessary key equipment in the whole LED production process, and promotes China. The development of the LED industry is of great significance. The project has declared 10 domestic invention patents.
The LED high-speed loading machine project is one of the key projects of the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program). Since its establishment, the project has developed high-precision, high-efficiency and high-reliability requirements for high-brightness LED mounting. The key technologies of lightweight, high-stiffness and high-speed motion welding arm structure and materials, high-speed and high-precision flexible chip pick-and-place film, multi-axis real-time motion control, high-speed and high-precision visual processing, precise dispensing amount control, etc. The chip technology parameters setting and the core technology of the equipment have developed LED high-speed loading equipment with independent intellectual property rights, providing a complete set of technical process solutions for the production of high-brightness LEDs for large-scale LED manufacturers.
