On the evening of April 30, 2009, the landmark building on the north-south boundary line of the Huaihe River in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, lit up the landscape lights for the first time and became another beauty in Huai'an. Since the night was the first time to light up and open, the North and South Bridges were full of squatters, and thousands of people came to watch the landscape bridge full of people. On May 1st, this landscape will be officially opened to tourists and citizens, and will become one of Huai'an's new tourist attractions.
