For example, the PCB manufacturing plant of Huaxin Group, Jingcheng Technology and Hanyu Bode, have successively set up in Chongqing, Sichuan Province. Jianding and Lianmao have planned to go to Xiantao, Hubei; Zhichao and Yuhuan are also in Suining enclosure in Sichuan; Xinxing invests in Xiangtan, Hunan. Looking at the layout of the EMS factory in the western part of the country, Hon Hai was the first to produce notebook computers (NBs) in Chongqing, mainly in response to customer HP requirements; after Hon Hai, Inventec, Quanta, Compal, Wistron And so on, all stated that they set up factories in Chongqing. Focusing on the NB manufacturers, the PCB factory also follows customers to set up factories. Huaxin Group took the lead in setting up a factory in Yongchuan, Chongqing to supply the nearest NB customers. Chairman of the PSA Business Group Jiao Youheng and Party Secretary of Chongqing Yongchuan Hu Jiquan Yongchuan jointly announced that Huaxin Group has signed an investment agreement with Yongchuan and expects to invest US$92 million in the first phase, including US$49 million from Jingcheng. , AMSC's US$30 million, Xinchang Electric's US$7 million, and Hanyu Bode’s US$6 million. However, this investment will focus on the PCB business, and Jingcheng Branch will test production in February 2012. In the name of Chuanyi and Yuanmao, they respectively set a monthly production capacity of 600,000 square feet and 300,000 square feet, and from June to July 2012, another 300,000 square feet of monthly production capacity. Jiao Youheng hopes to fill capacity in the fastest quarter. In addition, Hao Bode opened 700,000 square feet before the end of 2012.

Based on the current monthly capacity of HannStar Group's monthly capacity of 6.8 million sq.m. and the 4.5 million sq.ft. size of Jingcheng Branch, the new capacity will be added. The total monthly PCB production capacity of the PSA business group at the end of 2012 will exceed 12 million sq.ft. It is set to become the largest manufacturer of PCB production capacity in the world.

In addition to Sichuan, Hubei is also a favorite location for PCB factories. Tripod has signed an investment letter of intent with Lake PCB Net City Beixiantao City. It is the first Taiwan-based PCB manufacturing company in Central China, and both sides of Jianding have production bases, mainly in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, East China, in recent years. Rapid expansion of local production scale, and now plans to set up a new factory, the company's board of directors plans to invest 30 million US dollars, as soon as 2 years after the factory set production.

Lianmao also chose to build a factory in Hubei Xiantao Development Zone, and has signed a letter of intent with the Hubei Province to complete the enclosure operation. This is the third production base in China after Dongguan and Wuxi. Lianmao will launch a construction project in 2011. It is expected that the construction of the building will be completed by the end of the year. It is hoped that the Xiantao plant will build a monthly production capacity of 1 million to 1.1 million copper foil substrates in 3 to 5 years.

At present, the monthly capacity of Lianmao's Taiwanese copper foil substrate is 400,000 to 450,000, and the Dongguan factory is 1.1 million. The other Wuxi plant in China still has room for the addition of a production line. It is estimated that before the end of the year, the group's monthly production capacity will reach 3.1 million. 3.3 million. Jianding and Lianmao chose the factory in Xiantao City, Hubei Province, and was the first case of a relatively complete supply chain for key parts.

In addition, Zhi Chao, the world's largest photovoltaic panel manufacturer, will jointly invest US$17 million in Yuhuan, a subsidiary company, and set up a factory in Sichuan's Suining Innovation and Technology Park, known as Zhi Chao (Suining). Among them, Chi Chao has tentatively contributed US$8 million, and the remaining US$9 million is funded by Yuhuan.

According to the preliminary plan, focusing on the future Chi Mei Electric's requirements for setting up plants in Sichuan, Chi Chao and Yuhuan plan to purchase 600 mu of land and build 1.2 million square feet of each factory. It is expected that the five plants will be developed in phases.

Chi Chao now has factories in Zhongshan, South China, and Suzhou, East China, and Tongmeng Electronics of the same group has established a production base in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Sichuan Suining will be the 4th major production base of Zhichao Group on the mainland.
