Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department, Liangshan Prefecture and Xichang Municipal Party Committee and Government attached great importance to the establishment of the provincial science popularization demonstration bases in the Bohai Wetlands, and adhered to the joint efforts of the provinces and municipalities, the linkage between schools (colleges), the support of science and technology, and tourism science interactions.
