Strengthen the implementation supervision of energy-saving design standards for residential and public buildings, formulate the supervision points for the construction drawing design document review and project implementation stage of the province, and strengthen the construction of construction, design, construction, supervision and construction drawing review, engineering quality inspection, etc. Party entities and intermediaries implement the supervision of mandatory provisions for building energy conservation. Organize special investigations, master the basic situation of the implementation of building energy-saving standards in the province, and take targeted measures to promote the implementation of energy-saving standards. The third is to organize the implementation of compulsory certification of building energy-saving products and energy-efficient building performance evaluation, formulate promotion and application and limit the elimination of product catalogue, and widely accept social supervision. The fourth is to increase technical research and do a good job in pilot demonstrations. Organize colleges and universities, research and design units and related enterprises to carry out energy-saving materials, equipment, technology research and development, and prepare a complete set of ground-based design, construction, acceptance specifications and standards.
