This time the heart rate monitoring curve is relatively stable, but there are still a few points that will hit 190 or so. When monitoring the heart rate almost every time, the Xiaohe 3 refreshment rate will be 190, regardless of whether it is running or cycling. I have tied it to the tightest, tighter than usual 1-2. After the heart rate reaches 190, it can be returned to normal after re-wearing, or it can be ignored. After a while, it can recover.
