First of all, on behalf of the group headquarters, I would like to express my warm congratulations and sincere gratitude to our colleagues who won the 2017 BOE Awards for Excellence.
The outstanding BOE commendation meeting is held once a year. It is an inheritance and promotion of the outstanding cultural spirit of BOE’s entrepreneurial innovation. The winner is a model of this outstanding cultural spirit and an example for everyone. The history of BOE development is a batch of batches. Excellent BOE people write their history of pioneering innovation with their diligence, bravery and wisdom! They are the true heroes of BOE and are the company's most valuable asset! At present, we are at a crucial moment in the transformation and development. We have formulated the development strategies and goals for the next five years and ten years, namely the "Wooden Sword" and "No Sword" strategic plans. This is a greater and challenging goal. At the same time, we also face some problems that must be solved, such as the rise of big companies that are heading up. Can we continue to succeed in the future? I believe that BOE will not be defeated by others, but it will most likely be fought by itself and be overthrown by big companies such as inertia, refusal, inflexibility, looseness, formalism, and bureaucracy.
We must overcome the invasion of big business diseases, always maintain the entrepreneurial passion for innovation, and always maintain the edge of competition. We will always maintain the fighting tenacity we can never fail to overcome. We can overcome all difficulties and achieve new and greater victories!
To take this opportunity, I will give ten reminders to share with you.
First, we must adhere to high ambitions and ideals and beliefs.
Our ideals and convictions are the great companies that make people respectable. How do you respect people? What is a great company? That is, the industry you do, the cause is respectable, and it can give customers, investors, partners, employees Those who create values ​​with society can contribute to the progress of social civilization. We don't do things for the sake of doing things. To do it we must do our best and be respected. Extremely high ambition is to meet their own high standards and strict requirements. Not only reflects the high pursuit of the business, but also reflects the high standards and strict requirements for big events and small events in daily work. What is the highest level of ambition? That is, how do you position yourself and do anything, will be serious, meticulous, and have high standards and strict requirements. If you don't do it or do it, you must do your best in the world. This is an artisan spirit.
We have been to Japan to see Japanese companies, factories, schools, roads, toilets, public places, and are very clean at all times. This is a manifestation of the craftsmanship. Think about where our gap is? We have been talking about high aspirations. How many people truly understand its content?
DSH's three major businesses, especially the S and H businesses that started soon, how to position their own high ambition? How to position their own firm belief? Is strategically high career goal positioning; work has a profound professional quality; There is no end to the battle and tenacity. These are linked together. What is the level of daily work? What level is it? It is entirely up to the individual's own standards. When your standards are low and your goals are clear, if the standards fail to reach the target requirements, how can you make a good fight? Or if the original standard is high, if you run into difficulties, you will withdraw, reduce the standards, and persist, How can this be successful? High ambition and firm conviction. Every supervisor, especially a senior executive, means that he can concentrate on his perseverance. He deeply studies the key links of every key project in charge of the business, earning a solid victory. Every battle, battle, completely fight and win!
The standard is different and the result is not the same. Beliefs and ideals are not firm and the results are not the same. We think about it. We all achieved success with the conditions of entrepreneurship at that time. Now that we have such a good condition, what will be the greatest success in the future? First is what you rely on. This is the scale on your heart. The standard is not high. Therefore, we are unsuccessful in the future because our executives are lofty and loyal. This is my first reminder and consensus.
Second, we must have confidence and we must look at the difficulties more.
We have more than 20 years of accumulated technology, systems, teams, and cultural foundations for entrepreneurial innovation. We continue to grow and grow on this basis. We must have full confidence. But only self-confidence is not enough. Our transformation and development is a great undertaking that our predecessors have never done. We are exploring in a “no man's landâ€. There are no ready-made benchmarks, and we must take every possible path forward. Difficulties, various problems that may occur, thinking deeper and more transparent, aiming at goals and problems, and taking precautions to achieve new developments in discovering and solving problems. This is a high level of confidence.
How can we win with ease? How can we be comfortable and successful? We need to look at the issue a bit more complicated, but the relationship should be simpler. A simple human relationship allows us to have more time to look at the problem, to see the problem in a more scientific and objective manner, and to see the problem deeper and more transparent in order to grasp the essence and solve the problem. Perseverely find problems, solve problems, find problems, and solve problems. The development of an enterprise and the growth of an individual are accumulated step by step. Therefore, it is fundamentally self-confidence to talk about problem orientation and focus more on discovering and solving problems, finding problems, grasping essence, solving problems, and implementing goals. Instead of saying, I could do nothing, hide, and call it an ostrich. We must dare to take responsibility, face problems, and solve problems.
There are more than three in our responsible culture. "More than looking for problems from their own, and more to solve the problem and find ways, mostly to overcome the difficulties and challenges." Still talk about the spirit of facing problems and solving problems.
Goals and problem orientation are one of our twenty-five years of successful entrepreneurial experience. To do a good job in the immediate future and take a good road to the future depends on this kind of daring to face up to the problem and solve the problem. We need to deepen the issue and make it more thorough. We need to make a detailed and realistic solution to the problem and not only solve it. Simple problems can also solve complicated problems. In the process of solving problems, you can achieve goals step by step, and your ability and prestige can also be improved.
Of course, to solve complex problems, you must first learn how to simplify interpersonal relationships. Twenty-five years ago, when the company was founded, we put forward four sentences: simple and harmonious interpersonal relationships, loyal and grateful principles for people, a competitive and enterprising attitude to life, and teamwork that make concerted efforts. The first sentence is that there must be simple and harmonious relationships, which is the basis for the officer’s entrepreneurship. Why did these words come up at the time? Because at that time, there were indeed problems with the complexity of human relationships. Our entrepreneurial practice tells us that if an organization cannot be guided by goals and problems, organizational capabilities are difficult to form. If the number one person in the organization is "Hello, everybody is good, everyone is good," it will take a long time and nobody will be pleased. The vitality of the organization is hard to inspire. The leaders of our three major businesses and headquarters organizations must understand these principles. Encourage everyone to speak the truth, go straight, talk about things, quarrel, quarrel with different points of view, quarrel, and incubate valuable things. In order to solve problems, blaze new sparks, scream out fighting ties and quarrel with unity.
Of course, if you want to do a good job, you must also be good at communication, strive for others to understand and support, let your own ideas be accepted by the customer, and be accepted by the team. Communication is very important. Our communication culture has eight characters: simple, direct, profound, and compromise. Simpleness may be direct, and complexity may not be direct, right or wrong. It is to think through the problem, but compromise must be made when it is compromised. These things do not come out of thin air, it has entrepreneurial practice background.
In short, be confident, but look at problems and difficulties more. We must adhere to the goals and problem orientation, focus on the goals, put our minds on finding and solving problems, establish trust in solving problems, and establish a fighting friendship that runs side by side.
Third, we must insist on innovation-driven.
The growth history of BOE is the history of innovation-driven development. We talk about four major innovations. The most important thing is technology innovation. The technology line won't necessarily win, but the technology cannot be lost. No matter what the business of DSH, there is no technical ability. We must take the transformation and development, ensure that the innovation system with a leading technology of 30 years is well established, optimize the short-, medium-, long-term technology and product roadmap mechanism, and truly become a global innovative enterprise. Of course, we talk about the four major innovations. The four technologies, products, business models, and operations management are all integrated. They are interdependent and promoted. Technology innovation is the foundation. Product and business model innovation is the form of value realization. Operational management innovation is the system. Mechanism protection. We must learn from innovation in U.S. companies. We must use technological innovation as the basis, product and business model innovation as the form of value realization, operation and management innovation as guarantee, and joint innovation. To reinforce short boards, the three business groups have their own short boards. From the perspective of the group as a whole, the marketing capabilities and technical product development capabilities required for transformation and development are the biggest shortcomings and must be accelerated. The ultimate goal of our organization and operations management innovation is to promote the innovation of our products and technologies and ensure our success in market segmentation.
