Pressure gauge verification matters:
1. Check that all screws are tight and that no loosening of each screw is allowed. The fastening of special fixed movement screws and indication adjusting screws is particularly important. It should be noted that, after the bolts of the fixed movement are installed, the notches used for twisting at the top should not be horizontal, so that the hairspring cannot be embedded.
2. To verify the unqualified pressure gauges, it is necessary to degrade the use of the accuracy level markings.
3. Repair the paint-removal part, check whether the color of the gasket or the like is in compliance with the media regulations, erase the contamination on the dial and the glass, and then install the cover.
4. After the housing is installed, check whether the pointer shaft and pointer plate touch the glass, and then gently shake the watch body to hear whether there is noise or not, so as not to leave parts or debris.
5. Seal the device and seal it with a qualified mark. Then remove the stainless steel pressure gauge from the connector of the checker and deliver it.
6. After the daily work is completed, the standard meter should not be left on the checker to prevent the zero position from being changed due to impact and vibration. The spring tube should be periodically cleaned on the standard meter to remove the contamination from the check table due to the inspection table to prevent corrosion and affect the accuracy for a long time.
